Skipped Workout!!!!

I skipped my leg workout on Sunday. I meant to do legs, but I found my hamstrings were already really sore from doing yard work and moving large piles of dirt on Saturday...So I guess I got it in anyway, but I intend to make up my leg workout Tuesday, aside from a chest and triceps workout in the morning.
