Shoulder and Biceps

External rotation 2 sets 25lbsx12 reps
Push Press 3 sets 140lbs 10 reps
Arnold Dumbbell Press 3 sets 80lbs 10 reps
Seated bent over delt raise 3 sets 30lbs 10 reps
Preacher curl 1st set 50lbs 10 reps, 2nd set 60lbs 10 reps
Dumbbell alternate bicep curl 3 sets 40lbs 8 reps
