OK Obviously I haven't been updating in quite a while...Since February! I've been on vacation too much and a bit slack in my workouts the past couple of months...My current weight is 210. I've gained some body fat as well as some muscle. I know I'm stronger but I can't see any muscle gains very well because of the extra body fat...But anyway, getting back into it. I hit the gym pretty hard yesterday with a tough chest and triceps workout.
