Deadlift - 91lbs 4 sets of 10
Leg press - 290lbs 4 sets of 10 (added 20lbs)
leg extensions - 165lbs 4 sets of 10 (added 5lbs)
seated calf raise - 135lbs 4 sets of 15
swissball leg curl - 4 sets of 10
