Food 10/22/11

Breakfast - a few bites of blueberry scone, coffee with splenda and milk
Lunch - 2 bowls light progresso chicken soup
Dinner - roast beef w/gravy and mashed potatoes
Dessert - Raspberries with light chocolate syrup and fat free whipped cream

Bicep Curl Hint

I read a hint in Mens Fitness about bicep curls. Before you lift, brace your core and glutes. Grips the barbell or dumbbells as hard as you can. Keep these tense throughout the movement. You'll be able to lift more and recruit more muscle fibers. I'll try this soon.

Breakfast 10/18/11

This morning I made a smoothie with balckberries, fat-free greek yogurt, 2% milk flaxseed oil, splenda and vanilla. Pretty tasty actually =D
